If you are someone that experiences anxiety, has a busy life, practices yoga…..in fact, no, if you are anyone that breathes, this workshop is for you!
In this interactive workshop, we will explore different pranayama techniques. These are wonderful ways in which to shift the subtle energies in your body, which can calm or stimulate your mind, depending on what effect we are seeking and technique we are using.
Your breath really is your friend and can be used in so many ways. I look forward to sharing some of these with you in this workshop. You can then take these with you to use any time.
