This workshop will offer an introduction into Mindfulness. Mindfulness consists of cultivating an awareness of the mind and body and living in the here and now.
It’s about being fully present, but also without filters or lenses of judgement.
The benefits of practicing mindfulness are a’plenty, here’s just a few of them;

• Reduces anxiety

• Improves insight to self, which benefits relationship with self and others
Now, we can’t achieve all of this in the couple of hours we have, but we can certainly start to understand more about how Mindfulness works and I will give you some tools you can use yourselves and we will try out some during the session. We will also finish the workshop with a lovely mindfulness of body and breath practice.
