Service Description

If you have already attended a Beginners Yoga &/or already have some yoga experience then this is the perfect programme for you. In this course, we will explore poses & breath practices in more detail introducing more vinyasa krama - step by step progression. Each week will build on the week before in a safe and friendly environment for you to learn /progress at your own pace. Some of the poses we will cover will include: Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward Dog) Virabhadrasana (Warrior) poses 1, 2 & 3 Utthita Trikonasana (extended triangle) Parsvakonasana (extended side angle) Parsvottonasana (pyramid) Prasarita Padottanasana (wide leg forward fold) Spaces are limited so if you would like to take part, please do secure your place. Please note this is an 8 week programme, classes are non transferable.
