If you would like to explore more vinyasa krama - step by step progression/flow, then this is the one for you. Each week will be a flow practice themed around a particular pose. These will include: Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward Dog) Virabhadrasana (Warrior) poses 1, 2 & 3 Utthita Trikonasana (extended triangle) Parsvakonasana (extended side angle) Parsvottonasana (pyramid) Prasarita Padottanasana (wide leg forward fold) This course will help you progress your flow practice, your understanding of poses and how to breathe with your body and movement. Spaces are limited so if you would like to take part, please do secure your place.
