This class will explore poses of yoga to help you tone and build strength.
It will be a bodyweight class (no additional weights) and each week we will focus on building strength in a different area of the body, such as arms, legs, core.
Not the one for you if you want to chill and relax, definitely the one for you if you want to boost energy, endorphins and strength.
