Rather than being a style of yoga as such, Hatha describes any kind of yoga where poses (asanas) are practiced. This is not as paced as a Flow practice, so less required from a cardiovascular perspective, but just as beneficial for strength and flexibility. You may hold poses for longer and will still get to experience the range of balance poses, standing & floor based poses, as well as forward bends, back bends, all stuff your body will love! Props, modifications and progressions are available so accessible for all.
