Movement for Women’s Health
One for the girls. Every woman should attend these workshops!
Service Description
Movement For Pelvic Health (March 16, April 27th) Two amazing workshops that every woman should attend! Susannah is basically, A-mazing! She understands how connected our overall health is to our pelvic health, who knew? I had the privilege of attending these workshops with Susannah, and I learnt SO much. I did not realise factors like neck and back pain could actually be a result of pelvic floor issues. Through her own journey of healing from birth injuries and training in a variety of disciplines, she has developed a unique, whole-body approach to pelvic health that goes beyond traditional methods. These are movement-based workshops full of anatomy, breath-work, fascial release, activation techniques and nervous system regulation training. They will explore pelvic health as a full body experience! With some focus on healing from diagnoses such as Incontinence, Prolapse and Diastasis – trust me, you do not have to have these diagnoses to benefit from these workshops.
