This exploration session will give you simple tools to apply to your day-to-day life that in turn lead to a more peaceful and harmonious way of living. Trust me, I can honestly testify to their value and the difference they have made to mine! I wish I knew this stuff a long time ago! The session will also close with a lovely relaxing meditation relevant to our discussions. You will leave with tools you can use in every day life to make those subtle changes beyond the mat.
