Pilates is a mind/body exercise which incorporates five basic principles including breath, pelvic placement, head & neck alignment, rib cage placement, scapular movement & stabilization. We will explore a range of precise movements designed by Joseph Pilates to strengthen the core & lower back. Creating a wider range of motion through the spinal column and joints.
This class will incorporate Pilates balls and straps.
