Wolf Moon Cacao & Soundbath

Service Description

Let us join together to honour the first full moon of the cycle, the glorious Wolf moon. This glorious 90minutes begin with ceremonial cacao which has a deep connection to Mother Earth (historically, cacao drinks have been used for a variety of life-affirming ceremonies including births, marriages, and battles, as well as to honour the gods. It is a high grade traditional chocolate, yum!) This will then be followed some brief heart & hip opening movement to prepare the body for lying still. You will then cosy down under your blankets to a beautiful sound bath, letting the vibrations of the sound to wash over your body. Any cancellations under 48hrs prior to the session will be charged.
