Service Description

It is estimated that there are over 150 symptoms attributed to the menopause. If you are experiencing such changes, it can be quite the minefield to establish how to best take care of yourself. Menopause Yoga is specifically adapted for women at any stage of their menopause journey. It fuses modern medical science with eastern wellbeing practices. Menopause can be an opportunity for health, empowerment and self-awareness. This workshop will introduce a fresh perspective about your menopause journey giving you the tools to feel more empowered and able to embrace it’s challenges. It is an immersion into the mysteries of the menopause and will include: Mindful movement Breathing practices Meditation Deep relaxation Self-reflection Discussion and science-based information sharing Carine has trained in Menopause Yoga with Petra Coveney and is a wonderful teacher who is perfectly suited to help you find your way with your menopause.
