Service Description

This session is a wonderful opportunity to boost your health and mindset. We will begin with a yoga practice focusing on calming the mind and the breath (08:00 - 09:00) Followed by an amazing session with Carly and Ben from Keep Your Cool, who will help relax and calm you, teach you Wim Hoff breathing techniques, then you get to explore the ice baths, your breath, followed by post bath warm up practices. The benefits of ice baths, are many, including - reduce inflammation - boost mood - energise your day - boosts your immune system - helps with muscle recovery and soreness Carly and Ben will guide you in, during and out of the ice bath, you stay in as long as you wish to, the whole time, being supported and guided by the Keep Your Cool team.
