Service Description
Sacred Stillness is a luxuriously nourishing two hour experience, combining Indian Head massage with Yoga Nidra. We will begin with the Indian Head Massage, then once your body and mind are relaxed and open from this treatment, you will transition to the Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra translates as 'yogic sleep', you can just lay back, snuggled under a blanket and let me guide you through a relaxing and soothing meditation. This Nidra can be tailored to your needs, such as healing, relaxing, relieving anxiety. Nothing for you to do except lay back and relax. This combination is the ultimate in nourishing, healing and restoration.
Cancellation Policy
Class bookings can be cancelled up to 24hours prior to the class One to one and corporate bookings can be cancelled up to 48hours prior to the session Workshop bookings are to be paid in full on booking, cancellations made within one week of the workshop will not be refunded unless the space can be refilled prior to the event. Retreat bookings are to be paid in full on booking, cancellations made within two weeks of the event will not be refunded unless the space can be refilled in time.
