Whether you’re new to yoga, or returning to your practice from time away, I can highly recommend Heathers beginners classes. The sessions introduce you to a wide range of poses within a very friendly environment. Heathers knowledge and experience ensures that everyone moves together whilst on their own individual journey and to their own bodies ability.
I enjoyed Beginners 1 so much that I signed up to Beginners 2, and Beginners 3 before joining one of Heather’s regular classes. The sequence of the beginners programmes not only built my confidence & strength, but enabled me to feel comfortable to participate in Heathers regular classes with the knowledge of not only what was required, but ‘how’ to do the pose correctly. Heathers teaching style is amazing. She is supportive, understanding and adaptive to what your body needs. I feel very lucky for having discovered Smooth Cactus.
